At ResiDex, we develop software for Assisted Living facilities, Group Homes, and other organizations providing care for the elderly or the disabled, that is user-friendly, flexible, integrated and powerful.

We are based out of Minneapolis - St. Paul, Minnesota, but have staff in several states and support clients from coast to coast!

A Brief History

ResiDex Software(TenX Systems LLC) was founded in 2000 when Dave Berg and his business partner contracted with Presbyterian Homes and Services to custom design software for their assisted living facilities in Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin.They developed the software called ResiDex that provided a way to manage resident data in a more organized and time-efficient manner.

With the help of Assisted Living nurses, administrators and many others, ResiDex has evolved over the past several years to become the innovative and integrated software that it is today. 

The spirit and purpose of ResiDex Software is that software should be easy to use and fully supported. We stand by our commitment to our clients that we will continue to develop ResiDex Software and provide customer service that is second to none.
