ResiDex Software Accounts Receivable

 

ResiDex AR is the Accounts Receivable component for Assisted Living that can be added to your ResiDex software package. It fully integrates with billing and allows you to apply payments to residents' accounts. This will give you the capability of creating invoices for your residents that not only include charges, but also previous payments.

 

Using ResiDex AR will help you track:

1) Type of payment received (bank check, credit card payment, personal check, etc.)

3) Check number and date the payment was received (optional)

2) Date the payment was posted

3) Amount of each payment

4) Invoice the payment was applied to
