CliniDex contains a set of assessment questions that were developed by a group of dedicated nurses over multiple years. The assessment options constitute a comprehensive overview of the information you need to know about an assisted living client.

The question set is flexible to accommodate multiple specific state requirements. It is objective, consistently organized, concise, easy to follow and quick to use. It is designed to allow a facility to include or exclude questions based on their needs.

The assessment questions, while comprehensive, may not completely meet the needs of every organization. If you have assessment requirements that are unique, we will help you accommodate them in CliniDex.
