ProsPex Pre-Admission Assessment

Another feature of the ProsPex Module is the Pre-Admission Assessment. Performing a pre-admission assessment helps you determine the appropriateness of a resident for your facility. You can record the results from the assessment; all selected responses to the questions will be dated to indicate when the item was selected. You can record information such as (but not limited to) hospital visits, fall history, and risk of Elopement.
