Prospect Information
Lead Source 
ProsPex will assist in tracking your referral sources. Use ProsPex to track what has been your best marketing tool such as a billboard, hosted event, mailing, or referral. You can specify the lead source of the referral to indicate the specific referral source and a report can be generated at any time to show all referral sources.
Specific Interest
Prospect information tracked in ProsPex includes "what is the prospective resident interested in?" By tracking this information, you can more easily follow up with the resident and more readily evaluate the effectiveness of your marketing.
Estimated Move in Date
With ProsPex you can indicate what time frame the individual is considering as a potential move in date (0-3 months, 3-6 months, etc).
Room Preference
ProsPex allows you to indicate multiple room preferences such as a suite, deluxe two bedroom, or one bedroom with a den. You can have multiple rooms selection and rank them according to preference. You can also specify which "Community" the prospect would be appropriate for, such as, Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care.
Notes
Specific notes about a prospect's condition or desires may be entered. By entering notes you will be able to inform staff of specific needs about the individual prior to move in.
Contacts
The prospect information you track in ProsPex includes all contact information you may have available for the prospect. You can indicate if the resident has a "primary contact" that should be called regarding any questions.
