ProsPex Waiting Lists

Assisted Living Waiting List

ProsPex has the ability to organized the list of prospects by their "status". Three types of status options are:

1. Lead          2. Waiting List          3. Preferred Waiting List

Lead - This status would be used to record someone who contacted the facility for information by phone or in person.

Waiting List - When you add someone to the waiting list, the system will track when they were added and who added them to the waiting list.

Preferred Waiting List - This waiting list is separate from the standard waiting list. This list might represent prospective clients who have made a deposit, or otherwise have a priority on available rooms.

Removing a Prospect From the List - The prospect status can be changed. An individual may be changed from a Lead to a Waiting List at any time. If a person is no longer interested or not appropriate for the facility, the status can be changed to "not interested" or "not appropriate". This will not delete the information, but will move them off of the "Active" prospect list. If an individual has been entered and made "inactive" by changing the status but later decides they want to be put on a waiting list, simply change the status to "Lead" or "Waiting List". All the information previously entered will be in tact.

The prospect status can also be changed to "Resident". This will move the name off the list of prospects and to the "resident list" in ResiDex.
