Managing your waiting list involves a number of tasks and managing these tasks will determine your effectiveness in meeting your goals. ProsPex includes an integrated Task Manager that will alert you to all upcoming or unfinished tasks. Tasks can be assigned to any ResiDex user that has permission to use ProsPex.
When you log in, you will be prompted with a count of your upcoming and unfinished tasks. With the click of a button, you can print a to-do list. Finished tasks will be automatically marked as complete resulting in a comprehensive record of interactions with prospects.
