ResiDex Services
Service plans are at the core of the ResiDex care scheduling functionality. ResiDex provides a sophisticated, yet easy-to-use capability for managing the list of services you provide for your residents. These provide for all scheduling options imaginable. The system is easy-to-learn, easy-to-use and comprehensive.
 Assignment Sheets
Assignment sheets are one of the major reasons for using ResiDex. An assignment sheet communicates to your aides (and other staff) exactly what needs to be done, and when. In addition to listing resident services, they can list other tasks that do not relate to specific residents (like cleaning, taking out trash, and others). Assignment sheets are available in several different formats, including: - Standard format - tasks are listed chronologically for the day. (All formats include an "intelligent" overnight shift view.)
- Simplified format - specifies a general time, like "morning" rather that specific times.
- Shift assignment - sorts tasks by resident rather than chronologically. This way you can see everything you will be doing with Mary Jones throughout the day at one glance.
Service Charts Service Charts allow you to quickly provide your aides with a form that gives them the ability to chart the services they have provided. Service charts are available in several different formats: - Weekly
- 2 Week
- Monthly
- Specialty (separate charts for Nurses or Maintenance people, for example)
Service Agreements Service agreements are simply the agreement with the resident that says: Here is a list of the services we are providing you This is what and how we will charge you Here are the other terms of our agreement.
ResiDex automatically keeps your service plans and your service agreements 100% synchronized.
Advanced features of the service agreement include the optional ability to:
- Track when signatures are received (and prompt you when signatures are missing)
- Keep a snapshot of what that agreement looked like when it was printed.
