ResiDex Service Charting

ResiDex Software has developed a way for facilities and group homes to perform their service charting electronically. ResiDex has been designed so caregivers can use either a touch-screen PC, or a traditional PC with keyboard and mouse, in order to document their completed Services and optionally add notes or vital signs.

• Enter services for each resident
• Assign the services to a provider and schedule a time
• Enter provider tasks, for example - clean halls, open doors, activities

How does TouchTech - Service Charting work?

First, services are entered for each resident, and then assigned at scheduled times to providers. Then any non-care related tasks (i.e. cleaning) are assigned and scheduled.

• Each staff member has a login name, roles, and initials setup
• Each staff member logs in and selects their provider role for the day
• The user will access their schedule screen that contains
  
  • Resident services
  • Provider or staff tasks
  • Indications if the resident is a special fall risk
  • Code Status
    

• Staff will click or touch a task to chart that it was completed
• Staff will also use this screen to chart any unscheduled services
• This screen integrates with TouchTech Med Charting
