ResiDex Assisted Living Software User Group Meetings

 

We value the feedback of our clients. We use regular feedback to improve the product by solving problems, adding capabilities, and making things more obvious.

One of the key ways we do this is through the use of User Group meetings. These meetings allow many ResiDex users from different organizations gather and do some of the following:
 
  • Hear what is new and improved with the latest ResiDex updates
  • Allow users to ask questions and discuss any problems they are having with ResiDex
  • Offer suggestions for improvements or extensions to the program

We are willing to offer these meetings in any state requested on a quarterly or semi-annual basis. We enjoy these meetings and look forward to your ongoing feedback in helping us to continue improving our product and service.
