Track Your Leads
 
The ProsPex Task Manager allows for easy tracking of your Leads and marketing follow ups on those leads, and will also issue reminders and prompts of future follow up tasks and ProsPex Profiles allow you to store specific information about your leads, such as Estimated Move In Date, Room Preference, Contacts, Lead Source, what they are specifically looking for in a facility, and many other categories. This makes it easier and more effective follow up with that prospect! Because follow-up with prospective residents is so critical, if you promise to send more information or call, you need to follow through with your commitment.  ProsPex helps you keep track of all of these follow-up tasks so that nothing slips past.  
 
When you log in, you will be prompted with a count of your upcoming and unfinished tasks, and, with the click of a button, you can print a to-do list. As you finish tasks, they will be automatically marked as complete, so you will have a comprehensive record of your interactions with a prospective client.

Maintain Waiting Lists

You can maintain a Standard or Priority Waiting List of your prospects! ProsPex gives its users the power to organize their leads by their status! ProsPex will manage your waiting list for available units. When you add someone to the waiting list, the system will track when they were added and who added them. If you indicate that the prospect tells you they are no longer interested, it will automatically remove them from the waiting list.

Because ProsPex integrates completely with ResiDex, no data re-entry is necessary when you admit a prospect as a resident! The ProsPex Software Module shares the ResiDex interface and is reported to be "very easy to use." Each of the ResiDex Modules share a consistent user interface and terminology and are tightly integrated, so you never have to enter information more than once. The system automatically saves "as you go", prompts you with likely default options, and limits selections to only show valid entries. Reports are available "in context" so you don't have to jump around through many screens to do simple tasks.

Training a new staff member to use ProsPex is faster, easier, and cheaper than training them to use a paper-based system or other software systems. You do not have to go to weeks-long training sessions in order to start reaping the benefits of ProsPex!
