ResiDex Software lays the groundwork for managing your critical resident data.
Benefits of using ResiDex:
Demographic Information—View and print profile information. Save a large number of important information about your residents, including allergies, code status, TB status, status history, rate schedule, and billing option.
Medication Information & Management—Chart medication setup and assistance, generate Med Assistance Record worksheets in a wide variety of formats. ResiDex can also provided many med assist forms and can schedule even the most complicated prescription, and can chart medication information!
Services—An easy to use and powerful capability to schedule services to be provided to residents, and document their completion. ResiDex can provide Assignment Sheets, Service Charts, and Service agreements, just to name a few!
Contact Information—Keep track of your resident's key contacts, for billing, emergency reasons, or general communication purposes. Locate emergency numbers and print address labels quickly.
Billing—Bill for Rent, Care or Service Package (Levels), Fee For Service (including Variable Rate pricing, Fixed Rate pricing, Fixed-Count pricing), Supplies, and other charges.
Staff Data—Record In-Service credits, meeting attendance, staff certifications, and staff evaluations. ResiDex can be set to provide reminders when it is time for someone's certifications to be renewed.
Security And HIPAA Compliance—ResiDex and all of it's Add-on Modules are HIPAA compliant, and your crucial data is strongly protected.
Incident Tracking—Track and summarize incidents of any type, from Falls, Aggressive Behavior, Injury and more. ResiDex allows unlimited numbers of follow up notes to be included with each incident summary, and will generate graphs based on the information in the incident reports that are extremely useful in tracking and reviewing incident history and frequency. 
Manage Fees and Payers
ResiDex is designed to track all Fee and Payer information for it's users. ResiDex is unique, in that it allows our users to keep track of multiple Assisted Living Payers. Our users can specify contract amounts, and keep track of changes to the payer information over time.
In addition to this, users of ResiDex can track Rent, Care Packages (or consolidated Fee-For Service arrangements), Supplemental Packages (a fixed repeating monthly fee) and other charge types. ResiDex even allows its users to order (and track orders) for a la carte services for their clients.
Enter data only once
The modules share a consistent user interface and terminology and are tightly integrated, so you don't have to enter information more than once. For instance, when a service plan is entered for an individual resident, ResiDex will generate:
• Service Agreements (customized to your requirements)
• Service Plans
• Daily Assignments
• Weekly Charting Logs
• Billing (as needed in a Fee For Service site)
• Physician Order Forms
Enter data only once, and it is there everywhere you would need it. Change your data only once, and it is updated every single place it was before. This makes your data easier to maintain, saving you time, and more reliable due to it's consistency, which improves the quality of your care.
Easy to Use
1. The system automatically saves "as you go", so you will not lose data if you do not press "Save".
2. The systems prompts you with likely default options, and limits selections to only show valid entries. This saves valuable time when entering data.
3. Reports are available "in context" so you do not have to jump around through many screens to do simple reporting tasks.
Training a new staff member to use ResiDex is faster, easier, and cheaper than training them to use a paper- based system or other software systems. You do not have to go to weeks-long training sessions in order to start reaping the benefits of ResiDex.
