Features

Contacts may be shared among multiple residents to save data entry time.  Various reports are available for staff communication on reaching emergency contacts. Billing contacts are automatically integrated into invoices and statements. Also, contacts are also included in service agreements (as customized to your needs).


Profile

The resident contact profile in ResiDex provides you with a way to keep track of vital information such as mailing address, up to four phone numbers, email address, special notes, and relationship to the resident.  


Roles

Each contact can have multiple roles in relation to your resident including guarantor, conservator, billing contact, resident trust, and power of attorney. You can also designate a primary contact person for emergency situations.


Labels

You can also print address labels for mailings, billing, and correspondence. Create customized mailing labels by using the report sort feature. You can sort by resident, community, and emergency contacts.
