ResiDex provides secure, password protected access to data only to the people who are privileged to see it. ResiDex and all of its optional models are secure and HIPAA Compliant.
Some of the many features we employ to ensure HIPAA compliance (and your security):
- Logs to show who has accessed the system
- Logs to show who has printed reports
- Failed log in attempts
- Change information is tracked for every record in ResiDex: who entered it and when, and who changed it and when
- Role-based security to limit visibility to various sections of the program. Users may only view information to which they have permission
- Audit trails on key records to assist in troubleshooting
- Optional user-name and password required at start up (for facilities with shared windows desktops)
