ResiDex Software has developed a way for facilities and group homes to perform their service charting electronically, using TouchTech technology. ResiDex has been designed so caregivers can use a touch-screen, tablet or pocket PC, or a traditional PC with keyboard and mouse, in order to document completed services and add notes or vital signs.
How does TouchTech - Service Charting work?
First, services are entered for each resident, and then assigned to providers at scheduled times. Any non-care related tasks (i.e. cleaning), appointments and special instructions can be included.
