StaffDex is the newest member of the ResiDex family of Assisted Living software. 

StaffDex is a tool that helps you create a monthly staff schedule based on your staff schedule plan.  You can incorporate time-off requests, unfilled positions, and various assignment types. Print your schedule by campus, community or individual in calendar or list format. 

StaffDex also helps you summarize actual staff hours and calculate productivity reports. This add-in module fully integrates with ResiDex.

 

Staff Schedule

        Overview

Automatically create monthly staff schedules based on your staff schedule plan.  The schedule incorporates time-off requests, unfilled positions, and various assignment types.

·         Two-week schedule blocks

·         Time off requests – includes an approval process

·         Allows sharing of staff between campuses

·         Allows staff person to work multiple shifts during the day

Staff Hours Reporting

Overview

Actual staff hours are summarized by day and by staff person, real time.  These hours are provided in two ways:  total time and total time of services performed.

Key Capabilities

·         Hours and minutes are calculated from staff logins and service recap. 

·         Derived from Service Recap process (requires Service Recap by Aides)

·         Service Recap process replaces paper based charting.

Output

·         Quick review of hours and effectiveness on the staff review screen

·         Compare scheduled vs. actual

Planning - Daily, Weekly and Monthly

Scheduled staff versus scheduled services

o        Calculated by comparing the staff hours scheduled to the client services scheduled

o        Available by Campus, Community and by Staff person

o        Shows hour by hour coverage of staff compared with services needed (except where simplified schedules are used).

Results - Daily, Weekly and Monthly

Effectiveness ratios

o        Calculated by comparing service hours delivered with actual hours spent by staff. 

o        Available by Campus, Community and by Staff person

o        Calculated by comparing service hours scheduled with actual hours spent by staff.
