Chris Poelma
CEO / Board of Directors
In December 2024, Chris became CEO of ResiDex, leading its expansion from hundreds to thousands of Assisted Living facilities with an AI-driven SaaS platform. Prior to ResiDex, he held executive roles at PCS, NCR, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, HP, and AT&T. Chris has founded, innovated, and taken companies public, including USinternetworking (USIX), which was later acquired by AT&T. His leadership has consistently delivered high-growth results across technology, SaaS, and healthcare sectors.
Heather Bendes
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Heather leads Residex’s financial strategy, forecasting, and M&A efforts, drawing on over 20 years of experience in SaaS, FinTech, and PE-backed businesses. Previously, she ran her own consulting firm and held senior roles in early-stage and mid-market SaaS companies. Heather thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, viewing finance as a catalyst for growth.
Rebecca Kapsner
Chief Compliance Officer
Rebecca, a Registered Nurse since 1999, brings deep experience in home care, hospice, and assisted living. After founding a hospice agency and leading it through Medicare certification, she joined Residex as Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing compliance nationwide and helping develop a healthcare Learning Management System (LMS). Known for her clinical expertise and leadership, Rebecca champions excellence in senior living and healthcare.
Alexander Berg
SVP Product
Alexander Berg leads product strategy for Residex and lives at the intersection of improving clinical outcomes and high quality user experience. Alexander passionate and driven in putting his Computer Science background and 17+ years experience in healthcare software to work in pursuit of making software that improves healthcare for caregivers and care recipients alike.
David Bone
Chief Sales Officer
As Chief Sales Officer of ResiDex, David brings over 30 years of sales leadership. Over the last 10+ years, he has built and managed highly productive teams that deliver transformative growth. With a proven track record across SaaS, Enterprise software, and digital solutions he leads with a strategic vision centered on value, customer insight and operational excellence.
Nick Graham
Chief Technology Officer
Nick is a seasoned technology executive with 20+ years of experience in financial services, SaaS, and consulting. He specializes in enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, and building high-performing teams. Before joining Residex, Nick served as EVP and CTO at Cambridge Investment Research and held senior roles at Brandwise, Comprehensive Software Systems, USinternetworking, and Silicon Graphics.
Varun Sudhakar
Vice President of Engineering
As Vice President of Engineering at Residex, Varun oversees the technical aspects of the Residex platform and infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams. With 15 years of industry experience, including 12 years at Residex, he has helped develop and enhance Residex’s technical solutions through periods of significant growth. His background includes a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and a Master's in Computer Science.
Tim McAuliff
Director of Strategic Projects
As the Director of Strategic Projects at Residex, Tim is leading the M&A and strategic partnership departments in support of the company’s vision. Previously, as an investor at Accel-KKR, a software-focused private equity firm, he was involved in the investments and operations of dozens of deals, including Residex. Tim began his passion for strategy and healthcare as a US Navy SEAL (BUD/s Class 334), specializing in combat medicine and intelligence.
Dave Berg

Dave Berg is the founder of TenX Systems and creator of Residex Software, specializing in technology for residential care. A former restaurant manager turned tech entrepreneur, Dave launched ResiDex in 1999 and has served on the Board of Wingspan Life Resources. He’s known for simplifying complexity, building strong teams, and delivering client-focused solutions.
Dave Moore
Principal, Accel-KKR

As a Principal at Accel-KKR, Dave plays a key role in advancing the firm’s initiatives in the emerging buyout and growth company sectors. Before joining Accel-KKR, Dave held senior leadership roles in SaaS-based companies, overseeing sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Businessolver, where he was responsible for developing, executing, and driving the company’s revenue strategy.
Steve Mandell

Steve, Vice President at Accel-KKR, leads healthcare software investing for the Emerging Buyout Fund. He serves on the boards of Ntracts, Storeforce, and collaborates with Blue Mountain. Prior to Accel-KKR, Steve was Head of M&A and Chief of Staff at DegreeOne, and an Associate at Summit Partners, Industrial Growth Partners, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
Bernardo Arrospide
Vice President, Accel-KKR

Bernardo is Operating Vice President at Accel-KKR in Mexico City, involved in investments in imed, Residex, ESTELA, Endalia, Lemontech, Siigo, and StoreForce. Previously, he co-founded and served as CEO of 4Vets, a supply chain software business for the Vet Pharma industry in Brazil. Bernardo was also Chief of Staff at The Medicines Company, leading international expansion before its acquisition by Novartis in 2019. He began his career in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, working on healthcare financing and M&A transactions.
