How does Residex Connect work?

Residex Connect is enabled by the Residex support team. Once active, any admin or manager can set up a restricted login at connect.rtasks.net for a resident, prospect, or contact. These users can then exchange messages securely with facility staff.

How do eSignatures work?

The eSignature feature allows facilities to collect electronic signatures on Residex documents securely and easily. Integrated with Residex Connect, this functionality provides a convenient, encrypted method for signing agreements, contracts, and staff paperwork.
